In the framework of Milano Digital Week 2023, REACH member Marco Fiorini has been invited to give a conference and lecture on human-AI musical co-creation at Università degli studi Milano Bicocca during the ReGAInS seminar.
Following the seminar during the MDW23, a concert has also been performed at Germi in Milano.
A performance that relates and explores the human-machine relationship, a musical improvisation together with a generative Artificial Intelligence application that processes sound material in real time. The canvas on which to act is the visionary Calvinian essay « Cybernetics and Ghosts » which deals precisely with the creative relationship between the narrative and digital worlds.
