On April 15th 2024, Marco Fiorini (IRCAM, REACH) is holding a workshop on Music Improvisation and Composition with Co-Creative AI Agents at Tokyo Geidai University of the Arts (Japan).
This workshop will present Somax2, and it will focus on its concepts, UI, control, learning, architectural aspects and musical scenarios. Concrete musical examples with Somax2 will be demonstrated, as the workshop will end with a demo and a musical performance in which participants will be able to join together and create a short set of improvised music.
